I work with active women of all levels who feel unsure how food fits into their training and busy lives, whether that’s early-morning sessions, long runs, strength blocks, peri/menopause changes, or times when motivation and consistency dip — offering evidence-based guidance that’s practical, flexible, and realistic.

I’m Isobel Parsons, a Women’s Performance Nutritionist helping active women fuel for better energy, strength and recovery with practical, food-first strategies. I hold a BSc in Human Nutrition and a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Nutrition (IOC).
